To enroll in Daycare, your dog must first come in for a full day Daycare Evaluation.
To schedule a Daycare Evaluation, please complete the following form. Evaluations are scheduled on a first come first served basis, however priority might be given to dogs based on factors such as size, age, socialization history, and space availability. Dogs enrolling in the Day School training program also receive priority.
Please complete one form per dog that you would like to bring to Daycare.
