How to Join the Howl N Woof Family in 4 Simple Steps
Create Your Client Account & Submit Records
Register on our online client portal and upload your dog's current vaccination records (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella). Our team reviews records prior to scheduling.
Schedule Your 1-on-1 Evaluation
Once vaccine records are approved, book your dog's morning evaluation. Our Dog Coaches perform a gentle, step-by-step assessment of your pup's comfort around our handlers and other dogs.
Complete Your Trial Daycare Session
During the evaluation visit, your dog is gradually introduced to a small, carefully matched playgroup on our 1+ acre green grass yards to test play style, energy, and rest comfort.
Welcome to the Pack!
Once approved, your pup is fully enrolled! You can now book regular daycare reservations and unlock access to our exclusive member overnight boarding stays.
Eligibility & Health Requirements
To protect every guest on our campus, all dogs must meet our core health and vaccination standards prior to their evaluation.
MANDATORY VACCINATIONS & HEALTH RULES
💉 Rabies Vaccine - Mandatory for all dogs
💉 DHPP Vaccine - Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza required
💉 Bordetella Vaccine - Required to prevent kennel cough
Flea, Tick & Parasite Prevention
All dogs attending Howl N Woof must be on active, year-round flea and tick prevention. For general information on core canine immunization schedules, visit the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).
🛡️ Non-Aggressive Behavior - Must be social and comfortable around people and other dogs
What to Expect on Evaluation Day
Drop-Off Time: Evaluations take place during our morning arrival window
(Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Sat–Sun 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM).
Leash Arrival: Please keep your dog on a standard leash when entering our Menchaca Road facility.
Gentle Assessment: Our Dog Coaches evaluate handling comfort, body language, and reaction to balanced helper dogs in a controlled, stress-free setting.
Pick-Up & Feedback: When you pick up your pup, our team provides detailed feedback on how your dog did during their trial rotations!
